We can’t do anything to it

Have been to RTO (Regional Transport Office) to get my LLR for four wheeler .Really got depressed by the way they collected bribe, sitting in their chair and asking extras more than the printed bill. We can’t do anything to it, is it, chaa.

It’s okay, good piece is that I passed the online exam with all the question s answered correctly.
