want to plan your technical paper writing process

I always use to ask ,why is PhD not a course in an university.with the I semester and II for course work .III for analysis and review paper writing and the fourth coming semesters for thesis paper writing .the problem with the slow process of most Indian doctoral degrees is lack of deadlines .

you don't have the forecasting and bird's eye planning for the next few years ,as in B.tech and M.tech.Most of them(excuse the few's) write paper not for the deadline ,but search conferences and journals for their papers.

To plan your paper process you have a web services .Give your start date and end date and it will give you the entire hops ,you have to be on.
